Building Use Policy

EPC facilities are available to volunteers and members of the community to host events and activities. Making our building readily available to other groups at an affordable rate is an integral part of fulfilling our mission to build strong communities.

To reserve a room, first click on the Facilities Tab of our site to make sure it is available on the day of your event. If it looks like the room is available, please contact Melissa Endean to make your reservation:

We ask that you make your reservation at least 10 days prior to your event. These are the rooms and meeting areas that are generally available:

• Gallery
• Upstairs Couch Room/Comfy Meeting Room
• Upstairs Kitchen
• Art Studio and side sitting room
• Library/Computer Lab
• Closed Patio off the Library
• Stage/Climbing Wall
• Courtyard
• Garden/Gazebo

We have two rates for building use. The first rate is for any group whose mission is generally aligned with our goals of promoting recovery, fitness/healthy living, community service, fellowship and education.

$15 per hour
$150 per day

The second rate is for all other events:

$30 per hour
$300 per day

If your group cannot afford these rates but is dedicated to a good cause, please let us know and we can discuss alternative donations such as volunteer labor and in-kind services.

EPC is also home to many 12-Step programs in the Albuquerque area. If your 12-Step program is looking for a place to meet, we invite you to consider using EPC's facilities. The charge for 12 step groups is a monthly rent of $25 due on the first of each month. If this amount exceeds what your group receives in contributions please contact Melissa at 505-268-3372 to determine a reasonable rate. Rent can be paid by dropping your payment through the mail slot on the door of room #1 in an envelope clearly marked with the name of your fellowship and the meeting's name.

EPC requests that groups do not modify the thermostats in any way. We have set them for optimum comfort balanced with energy conservation. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Modifying the thermostats may result in an additional fee.
