Meet the EPC Staff

Name Role Descripton
Steve Searfoss Executive Director The Executive Director helps EPC stakeholders define the strategic vision for the organization; establishes operational goals for the staff; uses and develops reports and other management tools to ensure the goals are met; and provides guidance to staff and volunteers as needed.
Position Open Funding Developer

Provides leadership, strategic initiative, and management of all fund-raising efforts. I create and coordinate programs to increase the organization's support base among individuals, corporations, charitable foundations, and additional sources.

Responsible for locating, identifying, approaching, and soliciting major donors for annual and capital gifts.

Write grant proposals for funding of EPC programs.
Ethan White Endorphin Power University (EPU) Program Director Ethan is working to create a program that works for everyone and anyone. Any input you have on how we can improve EPU will happily be received by Ethan. He is also the go to guy in case of any emergency that Mark and Cade are not available to diffuse. Like every other member of EPC, anytime you need to talk, he is here for you.
Position Open Events Coordinator Creates print and online notices of events related to EPC. Creates new event ideas and plans their implementation.
Position Open Volunteer Coordinator
  • Coordinate outside opportunities - i.e. EPC volunteering at Habitat for Humanity outings
  • Develop relationships with local recovery organizations. Make EPC facilities available and known
  • Recruit volunteers to help out with EPC related projects - i.e. paint gym
Mark Gonzales Resident Advisor and Fitness Director Mark is here to answer any questions you have about the program and day to day living. He will collect rent from you and be the one to help you incorporate the four pillars into your daily life. You can call this guy for anything. He can handle any resident emergency that arises.
Melissa Endean Operations Director Any person looking to rent space from us, become part of our program or need general assistance can be directed to Melissa. She is also here for any problems, issues, or questions that you have and can accept your rent payments.
Position Open Property Manager Handle any maintenance issues that arise…however, like practically everyone at EPC, wears many hats.
Dave Einerson Information Technology (IT) Director Please direct your computer, information technology, and other EPC computing questions to Dave. He will attempt to answer questions regarding www.endorphinpower.org and endorphinpower.ning.com and EPC's new intranet at epcsvr.dynalias.org. If a resident needs a computer for their apartment, if something is not working in the library/computer room, if you are excited about Linux or Ubuntu, talk with Dave.
Position Open Finance Director The finance director handles all things of a financial matter. If you are going to have any difficulties with paying your rent on time you need to submit a written explanation and an action plan on how you are going to ensure the financial requirements of the program are met.
